I first met Paul in 2009 when he was looking for the perfect Plaza condo. We found him a foreclosure that was offered way below market value and offered everything on his wish list -  even the garage space he was looking for. When he called me late in 2010, I figured he had decided it was time for him to sell his great property. Instead, he told me that he was interested in leasing his current property and purchasing a new home. I was happy he called me and excited to help a past client into the world of real estate investing! We looked at several properties but in the end, he decided home felt like home. We found another great larger property at the same community where he currently lived and he jumped at the chance to purchase it.
