Christine and Jeremy were on the path to relocating to Kansas City from California when I got an email from them. When I met them the first time, they flew in just to take a few days to look at what the housing market in Kansas City had to offer. They told me stories of the California real estate market, which somewhat terrified me, and then we erased those California memories and started fresh with their KC home search!
Jeremy put all of his trust in Christine when she planned a second trip to Kansas City without Jeremy to find "the one". Like most buyers, we had to view several train wrecks before finding the right one. With patience, a camcorder in hand and an open mind to viewing homes outside of their target zone, we successfully found them their new home ready to move into in the Waldo neighborhood. Perfect for them in most every way! When we walked through the door of this home for the first time, Christine and I both knew we had found their next home. I am so happy for you and your family!
