Clinton and Rachel contacted me wanting to find their new home north of the river in the Weatherby Lake neighborhood. After finding what they thought was "the one" we changed the plan and moved their search to where they both grew up, Pleasant Hill, MO. They originally wanted to stay in the Park Hill school district for the schools but soon realized they wanted to live closer to their family.
We viewed only four homes in their search before they found the right home. Having never had the opportunity to visit Pleasant Hill, I learned a lot about the quaint town and why they loved the area growing up and wanted to move back. They could remember when the home they purchased was originally built and liked it even back then. Living close to a golf course, they will need to watch their windows for flying golf balls but are prepared.
