Aaron came to me with goals in mind and together, we achieved those goals. He knew he wanted to become a homeowner in the Kansas City Urban Core and more specifically, in the Quality Hill area.

Aaron was a great first time home buyer to work for as he was preapproved, communicatd with me, and was open to looking at all areas (even though he ended up where he originally wanted to be which was only blocks from where he was renting a condo). He took my advice and looked at both Country Club Plaza condos and Downtown Kansas City condos and lofts. I am happy he did as you never know where you will end up as a first time home buyer!

When he narrowed down his location we found him the best deal available for his search criteria and closed ahead of schedule. He is now the proud owner of a fully updated, beautiful, turnkey property.
