KC Condo Tracker

Of all the Kansas City condo projects, the conversion of the Federal Reserve building is the only green condo building on the drawing boards. If you want to live in a true green building, you'll have to wait 18-24 months and put your reservation in now at the makeshift models on Walnut. Moving the Feds out is tricky business thus it's not easy being green. In the meantime check out the green roof at our beautiful new downtown library. Kansas City ranks No. 5 in the nation for green rooftops.
