First time home buyers, Jaimie and Stephen, were hard working and goal oriented buyers. We started looking for the perfect home in Kansas early 2010, took a break for several months and continued the search in Kansas in late 2010. They will probably tell you that they had to see several "train wrecks" while searching for their new home - WAY too much work needed in some of them. Being Kansas bound homes buyers initially, they decided to open up their search area to Missouri. On the first time out looking at Missouri homes, they found the right home in Missouri with good highway access. Sometimes area is most important in the buying process and sometimes it is the house.
