Jon contacted me about hiring me to help him market his Plaza condo for sale. He was also open to marketing his property for rent. I advised him we could rent it much quicker than sell it and suggested we market it for both sale and rent at the same time. He said he would be happy with either an offer to purchase or lease. We met to determine the right price to market his property and found a price we both agreed on for sale and for lease.
With the property priced right, the first tenant that walked through the door knew she wanted to call the condo her new home. She has her keys and is working on moving in this week. She is very excited to live so close to the Plaza and have a garage space!
