Josh contacted me late 2010 in the search to find the perfect condo in Downtown Kansas City. He had owned a home and lived the suburb life and was relocating to the Kansas City area. He wanted a change in his new city, to live the urban active life style. We found him what appeared to be the perfect condo and it was priced right as a foreclosure. The contract did not make it to the closing table but Josh wanted to move forward with his search.  After revaluating his needs in his new home,  he decided for his long term goals he wanted to find a new construction home he could live in for years to come. We found a great community in Olathe that has a beautiful pool and offered new homes just being built from the ground up. Josh found the home he wanted to make his own and was able to fully custom the interior and exterior of the home. He has built a beautiful home and I know he will be enjoying for years to come! I thought it was a neat photo to show the home in construction phase since he was able to customize it.
