Kelly had been considering purchasing a loft in Downtown Kansas City for a while. She leased a loft in the Crossroads area and loved the urban vibe. She considered high rise condo/hotel feel properties along with true loft feel properties with concrete floors and exposed wood beams. In the end, she decided a true loft was what she was after. With that search in mind, we found her the perfect top floor, penthouse loft. She has some kitchen and bathroom ideas to design but the open floorplan she was after is there along with a very unique, very large balcony on the top floor. Congratulations, Kelly!
