Lauren came to me looking for the perfect Plaza condo while she attended school for the next 4 years in Kansas City. She knew she wanted a location close to her school, a maintenance free living option, a fully updated property and one that felt like home. After she made a trip to KC one day from out of state, we viewed 8 options. She found the one she really liked but it was above the budget she had set for herself and she didn't want to give up her original goals and plans. I agreed that she should stay with the plan she had before she came to Kansas City. I told her to remain confident and we would find her the one. A couple weeks went by and we had planned for her to come back to Kansas City to tour some of her top choices with her parents. Before she could make it to Kansas City for a second tour of some Plaza condo options, I saw "the deal" she was looking for. And it just happened to be the top choice she viewed on her first visit! We had been watching this property and when it had a substantial price reduction, making it under the budget she had originally set for herself, I contacted her right away. Lauren acted quickly, made an offer and the rest is history. She closes on her new Kansas City home today. Congratulations, Lauren! As they say, what is meant to be, will be.
