The big auction was a success for all. Forty two buyer purchased the condos of their dreams for discounted prices last Saturday at the Plaza's Mill Creek Terrace condominiums. Prices averaged 200 per square foot, which was also a win for area condo owners (showing the bottom hasn't fallen out of Midwest condo values).
