November 2014 housing statistics according to KCRAR and Heartland MLS for the greater Kansas City area

  • Nov. 2014 average sales price for new & existing homes combined ($194,525) is 4.3 percent higher than Nov. 2013.
  • There were 2,088 homes sales (new & existing combined) for Nov. 2014  - 5.4 percent lower than Nov. 2013.
  • Home inventory (new & existing combined) for Nov. 2014 (12,357) is 9.8 percent lower compared to Nov. 2013.
  • The supply of new and existing homes for Nov. 2014 is 4.6 months - representing a home market slightly favoring sellers.
