When I met Scot, he was determined to become a home owner. He had rented an apartment for most of his life and was tired of throwing money away in rent. He was an anxious buyer and we had a great time looking. Before I could even show him homes he wanted to view, he already had driven by and looked in windows of vacant homes. The homes he wanted to view were already ones he had seen the exterior of so it made his search much easier and quicker.
After viewing just about 20 options we found him the right home. Scot got his keys to his new home today and is going to start moving in today. He has the space he needs including a music room in the basement that can become his "man cave". Congratulations, Scot! It was a pleasure working for you and I hope you enjoy your new home for years to come!
