Steve and Nina purchased a couple Kansas City lofts a few years back with the primary purpose to keep them as investment properties and rent them out. They successfully rented them over the past several years and loved being landlords and owning these properties. However, with the Downtown Kansas City loft market making a come back with inventories being low, buyers actively purchasing lofts and prices remaining steady, they decided it was time to sell one of their investment properties.
We actually found them a buyer that wanted to purchase lofts as an investment! It was a perfect fit. The new buyer had the property under a lease agreement with a new tenant in place before he even got his keys! The property rents very well and Steve and Nina are happy to pass the baton to the new owner and wish him the same success as they had with renting it as an investment property.
