I have had the privilege for working for Amy in the past both in the sale and purchase of a home. When she called me a couple months ago and said she was in the market to purchase a larger home, I gladly helped her in her search! We viewed many options, including houses that had yard maintenance and some maintenance free living options. In the end, she decided she didn't want to go back to mowing a yard and found her new home in a maintenance free townhome with 2 garage spaces at a terrific price. Congratulations, Amy. I hope you find many years of happiness in your new home!
