The weather showed us this morning it's definitely time for us to dig out our coats and prepare to think about winter and the upcoming holidays! One of my favorite things to do for the holidays is to walk down to the Country Club Plaza for the annual lighting ceremony. This is just one of the perks to take advantage of when you live on the Plaza! You don't have to fight the crowds to find a parking space.
I still don't know where October went. There are a lot of birthday's to celebrate in October in my family and it always makes the days fly by. Add in the large amount of buyers that are trying to get into their new homes before the snow hits and the rest of 2010 will be gone quickly.
Don't forget to "fall back" this Sunday morning at 2:00am. Set your clocks Saturday before you go to bed. You don't want to be early for your Sunday plans! I find it interesting that daylight savings time began during World War I. You can read more about it's history at the following link.
