Cost Per Square Foot is all Relative

I just had drinks with the second in command at the Federal Reserve in San Francisco. We talked about terrorism and real estate. He said luxury condos in San Fran were selling for a minium of $1000 per square foot, so Kansas City is quite a bargain at $200-$250 psf. It's all relative.
