Robert and Rebecca liked everything about the Northland except for one thing, the rising cost of rent. Robert and Rebecca knew they wanted to purchase their first home with the lower interest rates and lower prices to take advantage of. They were able to qualify for a MHDC FHA loan which gave them 3% of the purchase price to use towards their down payment allowing them to put down only 0.5% of their purchase price towards a down payment. Awesome deal!
After just about a month of searching, we found their family the perfect house.
It was a pleasure working for Robert and Rebecca. They even brought home made cookies to their inspection! I feel lucky to have been given the opportunity to work for such great people. I wish you many years of happiness in your new home. Congratulations!
