The Vista (formerly Rainbow Towers) has a "pinch me is that real" view of Kansas City's skyline from its 11th floor 1bdrm/1bath condo priced at $143,000. Prices are affordable even though the HOAs are a bit hefty for the square footage. All in all, Kansas City could some diversity in its condo Chex mix with the Vista's 14 different floor plans in Wyandotte County (yes Wyandotte County).
