The Wilson Group learned its lesson from its struggling Belleview Plaza project -- the Kansas City market wants more affordable and less luxury properties to choose from. So works begins the end of this year on the conversion of a seven-story apartment building at 4700 Roanoke. Look for 26 condominiums with prices starting at $175,000 with superb views of the Country Club Plaza from the west side.
For those with allergies, the rennovation includes a complete gutting with $5.5 million in new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
