KC Condo Tracker

Matt came to me looking for his first home but wasn't completely sure on the area he wanted to live. So, we took a few Saturday's and searched some Northland Kansas City houses, townhomes and condos seeking a property that he could put some sweat equity into and make the home his home. Not sure on the longer drive to work, we moved the search to urban Kansas City condos and houses.  He was moving from an apartment and wasn't in love with the condo life so we just focused on houses. After viewing several options, he found "the one" just two streets over from where he has spent the past decade living and loving the area with a short drive to work. Matt and Ryan got their keys today (with some bubbly) to their beautifully updated, move in ready home. Besides mowing a little grass, this one has it all. The best of old and new in a great neighborhood that feels like home to them. Congratulations, guys. You did it!!!
