Melissa and Heath were relocating their family to Kansas City with one thing in mind, the best views that Kansas City could offer them! Their current home was on the 26th floor so I knew we were up for a challenge. Views were probably number 1 on their wish list. Being an urbanite, I can understand this!

After touring through all of the KC high-rise condo communities, we found a great opportunity at Wallstreet Towers with views of the Power & Light District. They liked Wallstreet Towers and even discussed making an offer. However, after visiting One Park Place, they walked in and new it was home.

Melissa and Heath were the best clients. They were communicative, goal oriented and open to explore all types of housing options the greater Kansas City area had to offer. We even took an afternoon to tour some Overland Park house options. It didn't take them long to realize maintenance free living with some of the best views in Kansas City was going to be the winning choice.
