KC Condo Tracker

Shivam found my websites online and contacted me looking for the perfect condo or loft. After exploring several condo and loft options, he decided he needed more square feet and wanted to include townhomes and houses in his search. We searched from North of the River to Brookside but in the end, he felt like home in a house in the Valentine/Roanoke neighborhood. He probably will be the first to say that this house needs some cosmetic changes to fit his tastes but the house is solid, in a location he loves which is close to work and his school and it is a home that he will enjoy for years to come. Good luck with painting and many, many congratulations! You did it!! He will get his keys to his beautiful new home later today and begin unpacking boxes. Cheers!
