It has been a fast couple of weeks for one first time home buyer. Brittain decided it was time to stop leasing an apartment and wanted to become a proud KC home owner. She offered me the task of helping her find a condo or loft foreclosure that she could own for less than the cost of a monthly rental payment. With teamwork and some time, we found her the perfect downtown KC loft in a great community. She can throw away her gym membership since this community offers a great workout facility (saving some $$$) and she can enjoy owning her new home for less than she could lease a space in the same area.
