Ashlei and Mike wanted to stop paying rent and purchase a home as an investment to their future. While they were under a contract on a home last year that didn't end up working out, they decided to give buying their first place another try. They narrowed it down to two options, lost one of them which was a foreclosure opportunity, but wrote an offer quickly on a short sale. After waiting a few months, we got the news that their offer was accepted by the sellers lender! Congratulations home owners! Your patience and willingness to work through many details and obsticles paid off and you got a great deal on your new home. I can't wait to see pictures of your beautiful new home after you complete your project of, in your words, "plans to paint a lot"! Cheers!
