Peggy is lucky enough to have lived around the world in her lifetime. She has seen a lot and done a lot. I enjoyed hearing some of her stories while we searched for the perfect home. She has owned a few homes in her life but made the big move to Kansas City a few years ago and was unsure on an exact area she wanted to settle down, understandable. Being a world traveler, she was drawn the downtown Kansas City area where she has resided in a loft where she leased for the past few years. Tired of throwing her money out the window to rent, she was looking for the right home so she could get more return on her money. I was delighted to help her! We viewed only six properties but she knew before we toured that she was in love with one house in particular in the Northland looking at the pictures and descriptions online.
