AJ and I moved into our swank new downtown loft and office at 510 Delaware, Loft 209, this week. We love the location, the 14 foot ceilings, view of the sea of orange umbrellas from the courtyard we overlook, and our well stock fridge filled to the brim with libations.
I lived in Kansas City's Old Board of Trade building (yellow building) next door in the '80s (gasp) and in the Art Space building in the '90s, so it feels like coming home to roost our laptops and condo research in the River Market.
We applaud DE Lofts for being one of the few develops who still offers affordable lofts and the River Market for its recent 150 anniversary. Come visit us sometime.
