Theresa wanted to find a true "loft" in downtown Kansas City offering exposed brick walls and a true city feel. She wanted to become a first time home buyer due to the super low interest rates. We found several properties that were "okay" downtown but she wanted more space for her hard earned $$$. When we moved her search to the Plaza/Westport area, she walked into a beautiful town-home with a unique, large 2nd floor outdoor space. With it also offering secured parking, high ceilings and 1.5 bathrooms, she knew she wanted to call this place her own! After some hard work, determination and communication she can now start unpacking boxes today after closing on her new home and open a bottle of bubbly. Good job, Theresa. Welcome to home ownership!
