Buyers of today want one thing, a deal! Even if the property is perfect for them, if a buyer doesn't feel like they are getting an under market value purchase price in a home, they won't purchase it if it doesn't feel like a "deal" to them.

I have had the opportunity to know Jerry and Ellen for a couple of years now. They have been investing in real estate for some time and continue to do so which I applaud them for doing. They always have their ears and eyes looking for opportunities and we found them a great one in a Plaza condo community. They closed on their condo today and their son, Matthew, will be happily occupying it. Matthew is a lucky guy! It is a beautiful condo in a great location and it was at a great price.
